We offer both. We empower you to choose your own loads by self dispatching. We give you access to load boards and we occassionally send loads that may interest you. If you hire us as your dispatcher we find the loads for you.

You are paid weekly on every Friday once the accounting department has received your complete and legible paperwork without discrepancies or claims. One Goal will pay you through ACH direct deposit to your specified bank account based on our terms.
